Sesc Amazonas has started the registration period for those interested in the sports offered by the institution at the Sesc Balneário unit

Manaus (AM) – A health care routine includes dedicating time each day to practicing physical activities. With a new year starting, this is one of the goals of many Brazilians and, to help with this objective, Sesc Amazonas has started the registration period for those interested in the sports offered by the institution at the Sesc Balneário unit.

Registration for bodybuilding is now available and for other modalities such as futsal, basketball, volleyball, Jiu-Jitsu, swimming, water aerobics, yoga and pilates on the floor, it will be made available gradually, in Manaus and in units in the interior, such as Itacoatiara, Maués, Manacapuru, Parintins, Tefé, Presidente Figueiredo and Coari.

The prices, days, times, classes and age range for each sport are available on the website www.sesc-am.com.br.

For workers in the Goods, Services and Tourism trade, Sesc offers exclusive discounts through the credential. Interested parties can go to the Sesc Relationship Center, located at Av. Constantinopla, no. 288, Alvorada, from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
