Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti made a point of putting an end to any controversy about his possible link with the Brazilian national team from the 2024 Copa America, ensuring this Thursday (20) that he is focused on commanding Real Madrid this season.

The statements, made before the Spanish team’s first training session in their pre-season in Los Angeles, California, come two weeks after the president of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), Ednaldo Rodrigues, said that Ancelotti will take over the selection for the Copa America of the United States, which will be played between June 20 and July 14, 2024.

“I will never talk about Brazil, about what will happen. I’m the coach of Real Madrid and I’ll stay here. I will never speak of this matter again.”
