Gabi Mazetto is the champion of STU Porto Alegre

The strong heat didn’t scare the public, which vibrated with each maneuver of the skate girls. Gabi celebrated the result a lot and thanked the audience for their energy. “It’s really cool to be skating here with my friends. It was another day of a lot of skating, a lot of learning and a lot of focus. Skateboarding is friendship, joy and, thank God, I managed to skate well”, said the champion of the stage of Porto Alegre.
Two-time world champion PĆ¢mela Rosa took fifth place. With pain in the knee, the athlete said that the injury hindered her performance this Sunday. “My knee wasn’t 100%, it scared me, but now it’s time to go home to recover”, pointed out the athlete, who celebrated the receptiveness of the gauchos. “The guys with a very good energy, gratitude for everyone’s affection. I’m very happy to be here”, celebrated PĆ¢mela.
Former Inter player Rafael Sobis attended the event. Despite not practicing, the athlete says he likes the sport. “The event is very cool, important for the city. It’s a very hot Sunday and I think the least we could do is be here watching,” says Sobis, adding that he follows the trajectory of Luan de Oliveira from Rio Grande do Sul and Pamela from SĆ£o Paulo more closely.
