Full-back terminates contract with Coritiba to close with Serie A club

The left-back Victor Luis is no longer a player Coritiba. The athlete terminated his contract with Alviverde and must reinforce his Vasco this season. The announcement was made by the Alviverde club this Friday (2), on social media.

According to the journalist Venê Casagrande, the athlete gave up the amounts he had to receive this year and goes to Cruzmaltino free of charge. This Friday, according to Radio Itatiaiathe athlete was already training with the Rio squad.

With his departure, Alviverde will save R$3 million per year and keep 15% of the player’s pass. In early January, the club’s CEO, Carlos Amodeohad already commented that the athlete was training at alternative times, together with defender Kuscevic.

Victor Luís arrived at Coxa in January 2023 and played 41 games with the alviverde shirt, scoring three goals. After relegation, the athlete expressed that he did not want to stay at the club.

Trained at Palmeiras’ base, the athlete has important titles for Alviverde in São Paulo such as Copa do Brasil (2015), Campeonato Brasileiro (2018), Campeonato Paulista (2020) and Copa Libertadores (2021).
