Tricolor de Aço says goodbye to Copinha 2024 with just one point added
Manaus (AM) – Fast Clube was defeated by Botafogo-SP 7-1, this Wednesday (10), and is out of the Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior. The match was for group 17 of the competition and took place at the Amadeu Mosca Stadium, in Salto (100 kilometers from the capital of São Paulo). Tricolor de Ribeirão Preto, in turn, secured qualification for the second phase of the competition. Botafogo’s goals were scored by Thalles (2), Cadu (2), Pedro Severino (1), William (1) and João Costa (1); Periquito, with a penalty, scored for Fast.
Tricolor de Aço says goodbye to Copinha 2024 with just one point added, in the draw of the first match of the competition, against América-RN, 0-0 – both teams did not advance. Afterwards, they lost to Sfera-SP 1-0 and were beaten, in this last round, by Botafogo-SP, who reached six points and finished in the lead.
In the other game in the group, Sfera-SP, already classified, was defeated by América-RN by 3-2.
