The Canarinho team’s next commitment will be Spain, on Tuesday (26)

A Brazilian Team debuted under coach Dorival Júnior and defeated England 1-0 this Saturday (23), at Wembley, in the United Kingdom.

The goal of the game was scored by Endrick, from Palmeiras, who came on in the second half of the friendly.

How was the game?

Messy but with plenty of technique, the Brazilian team made up for the lack of teamwork and training with outstanding individuality. The best chances of the first half came from Brazil, with Paquetá hitting the post and Vini Júnior missing a shot one-on-one with Pickford. England were a more organized team and threatened with aerial balls.

The pace of both teams dropped in the second half. Dorival Júnior removed Rodrygo to replace Endrick and promoted Andreas Pereira to replace Paquetá. The duo participated directly in the goal, as the midfielder passed it to Vini Júnior, who finished. Pickford rebounded, Endrick followed the play and found the back of the net.

What’s next?

After facing England, the Brazilian team plays a friendly against Spain, on Tuesday (26). The match will take place at the Santiago Bernabéu, at 5:30 pm (Brasília time).
