This Thursday (10), Senator Randolph Rodrigues, author of the Constitutional Amendment Proposal (PEC) No. 07/2018, announced that the matter should be put to the vote in the week in which Amapá celebrates 80 years of creation of the former territory, that is, in the period close to September 13 .

The PEC presented by randolf deals with the extension until October 1998 of the period for the transfer of civil servants from the former Federal Territory of Amapá (TFA). The measure also covers Rondônia and Roraima.

The proposal has already been approved by the Constitution and Justice Commission (CCJ) of the Senate in June last year. Today, after an audience with the President of the Senate, Rodrigo Pacheco, the senator of Amapá, Randolph Rodrigues celebrated the advancement of the agenda so awaited by people from Amapá: “We agreed to vote for September, a period when Amapá is celebrating”said Senator Randolfe, who has been fighting for transposition since 2011.

It is estimated that, after approval, around 30,000 people must apply to the Federal Government for membership.
