During the month of November, the mandate of Senator Randolfe Rodrigues and the Government of Amapá, through the State Secretariat for Transposition Affairs, will hold a series of plenary sessions to answer questions about the Transposition processes and deal with the Proposed Amendment to the Constitution No. 07, which is still being processed in the National Congress.
This Monday (06), the first municipality to receive the Transposition Caravan was Serra do Navio, then it goes to the municipality of Pedra Branca do Amapari. Over the course of the days, the teams will head to Ferreira Gomes, Porto Grande, Mazagão, Santana, Macapá, Laranjal do Jari, Vitória do Jari, Oiapoque, Amapá, Pracuúba and Tartarugalzinho. The caravan is expected to stay on the road until November 14th.
Part of the plenary sessions will also be attended by the President of the special commission for the former territories of Amapá, Roraima and Rondônia, João Cândido, and senator Randolfe Rodrigues.
According to the parliamentarian, many people are still unaware of whether or not they can receive the benefit of transposition into the Union framework. “Our intention is to resolve all doubts and explain how the processing of processes works with the Ministry of Management, the Federal Government”, he explained.
Randolfe also stated that the participation of the population is important, as they also seek information about PEC 07, a proposal he authored that extends the benefit of transposition to those who worked in the public service until 1998.
Advancement of Transposition
With the coordination of Senator Randolfe, in just 10 months of the Lula government, 11 ordinances have already been published, totaling 2,639 civil servants, a monthly average of 263 new civil servants. Furthermore, the Federal Government granted a 9% salary adjustment for military personnel from the former territory of Amapá; there was also an increase in the food ticket to R$650, and the reopening of the national negotiation table with server representatives.
