There’s news on the Outback Steakhouse menu. As of this month, the brand will present three new dishes: pork prepared with crackling weighing almost 1 kg, a dessert of nachos with chocolate and a trio of drinks with Jack Daniel’s. The products will be available in restaurants for a limited time.

The Tomahawk Fried Pork (R$ 119.90) is a marinated, roasted and crackled pork. The dish is served with guava barbecue sauce and two side dishes of the customer’s choice. The cut offers the right measure of meat with a layer of fat, in addition to having different textures, such as the tenderness of the cut and the crispiness.

The Jack Trio (R$39.90) offers three options of drinks with Jack Daniel’s. The first is a combination of lemonade, vanilla syrups, pink pepper and grenadine, finished with pink peppercorns. The second has lemonade, vanilla and ginger syrup, finished with ginger foam and crumbles. And the third also includes lemonade, passion fruit pulp and red passion fruit and pink pepper syrups. Drinks are 200ml each.

And finally, the Sweet Choco Nachos dessert (R$ 39.90) brings the combination of chocolate tortillas accompanied by chocolate mousse with a touch of Brownie Thunder. The dish accompanies white chocolate sauce and chopped fresh strawberries.
