On the night of this Friday (26) Macapá won, by 4×3, Santana, for the third round of the Amapaense Football Championship. The match took place at Estádio Zerão.
With this result, the Lions of Avenida Fab take fourth place in the championship with five points, guaranteeing, until then, a place for the next phase. Canário, on the other hand, is in seventh place on the table and is moving away from the classification.
With the obligation to win, both teams started the first half with a thirst for goals and a lot of intensity. At 12 minutes, Canário opened the scoring with Wagner, from the penalty spot. After that, Macapá pressed and in a free kick, Lúcio Junior takes the spare and leaves everything the same. After an annulled goal, Santana insisted a little more and managed to score with Marcelo. Before finishing the first part of the game, Canário scored the third, with Marcílio.
In the second half, Macapá came back smarter and wanting to reverse the score. At 12 minutes, ‘Noturno’ took advantage of the ball and reduced the score. Leão da Fab was insisting on a tie, until Ângelo leaves everything the same, after a headbutt. Both teams were trying to score the winning goal, but Macapá did well at the very end of the second half, when Deyverson swelled the net and stamped the victory by 4×3.
The teams’ next games are for the fourth round of the competition. Macapá plays Trem on May 31st. Santana takes Ypiranga on June 2nd. Both games are at 8 pm, at Estádio Zerão.
