“In the divorce action, Alexandre offered and insisted that Alezinho’s custody remain with Ana. He just wants the right to regulate visits. So this theory that has been circulated in the media that parental alienation would be a strategy is not true”,

declared.

The businessman has not seen his son in person since November 11th, the day of the attack.

Finally, the businessman’s lawyer regretted the news reported by the media. “In action [de divórcio] He asks that custody remain with Ana. He only wants the right to see his son twice a week. That’s why the speculations that have appeared in the media are regrettable and sad, as they restrict his right to see his son. He just wants to see Alezinho”, he added.

Process for parental alienation

Alexandre Correa filed a lawsuit against Ana Hickmann for parental alienation, in addition to asking for the partial revocation of the protective measure requested, and granted, for the presenter after the attacks.

Lawyer Enio Martins Murad, who represents Alexandre, explained that she has difficulty getting along with Alezinho, 9 years old.

“I filed a lawsuit called parental alienation. We took this measure so that Ana Hickmann can give access to her son”,

declared.

The professional explained that Ana Hickmann banned her ex-husband from seeing her son. “In fact, she banned Alexandre from seeing his son and I have been trying to contact her lawyers to give him access to his son, but she does not allow him to see his son,” she said.

Enio explained that father and son have a very good relationship. “In Brazilian law, this is called parental alienation, because, although the couple is having conflict, it does not give them the right to prevent coexistence between father and child. Especially because it is public and well-known that Alexandre has a great relationship with his son. They get along very well”, he described.
