Final of the Brazilian Skate Circuit takes place in Recife – News of Brazil

The 2023 edition of STU National (Brazilian Skate Circuit) came to an end in Recife (Pernambuco) last Sunday (12) with the coronation of Augusto Akio and Isadora Pacheco in the park and Pâmela Rosa and Lucas Rabelo in the street.
The first final held, in intense heat (with the track reaching 53 degrees), was at the park. The men’s decision focused on Kalani Konig and Augusto Akio. In Recife, Konig secured the stage and Akio took the national title. “The winner here today was the Pernambuco public, who gave in, experienced skateboarding in the best possible way and had a unique experience. Not to mention, of course, the skateboard presented here today. The level was very high, with many young skaters standing out”said the champion.
In the women’s race, Isadora Pacheco secured both the Pernambuco stage and the national title. “I came here first in the rankings and with the aim of becoming Brazilian champion, but it ended up being more than that. I won the stage too. It is inexplicable”celebrated the champion.
In the street, the achievements were made by two Pan-American medalists. Lucas Rabelo, who secured gold in Santiago (Chile), won both the Pernambuco stage and the national title. In the women’s race, Pâmela Rosa was the highlight, winning both the Recife stage and the national circuit.
“First I want to thank the fans. What a party! I really felt at home. My family members here from Pernambuco were here in force and it is very gratifying to win alongside them here in Recife. They were incredible days, moments that I will never forget,” declared the Brazilian, who secured silver at the Pan.
