In an important achievement for the category, the employees of the Legislative Assembly of Amapá (Alap) will receive a linear adjustment of 5% relative to the base date of 2024. The announcement was made by the Board of Directors of the Alap Servers Union, after a meeting with the president of the House, deputy Alliny Serrão.
The 5% adjustment, applied in April, demonstrates the current management’s commitment to valuing employees. This increase is in addition to the 5.6% previously granted, totaling an adjustment of 10.6% in just 1 year and 2 months. This value exceeds the adjustments accumulated in the previous five years (12.8%).
The adjustment is the result of transparent negotiation and constructive dialogue between the Workers’ Union and the Presidency of Alap. “It is with great satisfaction that I announce this readjustment, the result of the commitment to valuing the Legislative Assembly’s employees. I recognize the importance of each person’s work for the proper functioning of the House and I am committed to ensuring better working conditions for the entire category”highlighted Alliny Serrão.
Finally, a new meeting will be held with the Presidency of Alap to continue negotiations and seek solutions that meet the needs of employees.
