In a session held on Wednesday (6), the Court of Auditors of the State of Amapá (TCE-AP) elected the president, first vice-president and second vice-president for the 2025-2026 biennium. With only one registered ticket, councilors Reginaldo Parnow Ennes (president), Regildo Wanderley Salomão (first vice) and Maria Elizabeth Cavalcante de Azevedo Picanço (second vice) were elected. The inauguration of those elected will take place in January of next year.
The current president of the Court, counselor Michel Houat Harb, former state deputy, who is in his third term, was unable to contest the election due to a decision by the Federal Supreme Court (STJ), which only allows one re-election to the position. In the current management of the TCE, Regildo Salomão occupies the second vice-presidency, and Maria Elizabeth Picanço is the general controller (appointment position). Elected president for the next biennium, Reginaldo Parnow Ennes is the current general ombudsman of the TCE.
Reginaldo Parnow Ennes, from Rio Grande do Sul, has been a counselor at the Amapá Court of Auditors since December 2013, occupying a position at the Public Ministry of Accounts, where he entered through a public examination and held the position of Attorney General of Accounts. To become a counselor, he was questioned in November 2013 at the Legislative Assembly of Amapá, being approved unanimously. Ennes takes the place of counselor Margarete Salomão, who passed away in May 2012 and presided over the TCE for more than ten years.

Reginaldo Parnow Ennes is a native of Santa Maria – Rio Grande do Sul, where he was attorney for the municipality of Novo Hamburgo. Master in Sustainable Development from the National University of Lanus, Argentina, Specialist in Health Law from the School of Public Health of RS and University of Roma Tre, Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law. He also served as a public servant in the municipality of Santa Maria for seven years.
