Clécio swears in new government managers – News of Brazil

This Wednesday, the 31st, the governor Clécio Luís announced new names in public management in Amapá. Secretaries, superintendents and CEOs were sworn in. The changes seek to reinforce the work provided to the population and refresh the state administration.

The changes take place in the Planning departments (Seplan), Rural Development (SDR), Tourism (Setur), Health Surveillance Superintendence (SVS), Amapá Rehabilitation Center (Creap), Institute of Weights and Measures (Ipem) and School of Public Administration (AND AP), some already working in state management. The new department, the State Secretariat for Purchasing and Tenders, was also announced.

“It is an initial stage of a reorganization, a reoxygenation of the Government. Most of the names we announce are from an internal team, but there are also political changes that are important to maintain governability. We are starting the year with this reinforcement to show results in 2024, which were planted last year”, reinforced the governor Clécio Luís.

The senator David Alcolumbre participated in the inauguration ceremony and reinforced the importance of managers and politicians always acting for the benefit of the state.

“We all have the discernment of our contribution, clarity of our gigantic responsibility, which is to serve thousands of people in Amapá. Today we have people contributing to this political agenda in the state, to serve the population, with the guidance of Governor Clécio”highlighted Alcolumbre.

Federal deputies also attended the inauguration of the new managers. Dorinaldo Malafaia It is Vinícius Gurgel; and student deputies Rodolfo Vales It is Diogo Senior.

The new Planning Secretary, Lucas Abraham, previously heading the Amapá Secretariat of International Relations, he takes over from Jorge Pires, who accepted the challenge of commanding the new State Secretariat for Purchasing and Tenders.

At the Regional Development Secretariat, the then deputy director, Rafael Martins, takes over; SVS, on the other hand, will be led by veterinarian and epidemiologist, Cássio Peterka; and at Creap comes physiotherapist Charles Rodrigues. In the new Amapá Government Secretariat, Carlos Michel Fonseca takes over, as well as Syntia Laramão, in the Tourism Secretariat.

Carlos Michel Miranda da Fonseca – Secretariat of Government and Strategic Management (Segov)

He has a bachelor’s degree in Administration, with an MBA in Finance, Auditing and Controlling; and MBA in Project Management. He was acting as deputy secretary of People Management at the Amapá Administration Secretariat (Sead).

He has held the position of deputy secretary of the State Secretariat for Cities Development; Secretary of Administration of Macapá; deputy secretary of the Office of the Macapá City Council, deputy secretary of Management of the Macapá City Council and Administrative and Financial coordinator of the Amapá Research Support Foundation (Fapeap).

Lucas Abrahao Rosa Cezário de Almeida – State Secretariat for Planning (Seplan)

He has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, a Foreign Trade analyst, and a postgraduate degree in Public Management and Human Rights, Social Responsibility and Global Citizenship.

Abrahao was in charge of the State Secretariat for International Relations and Foreign Trade. He has already held the position of municipal secretary of Economic Development and Social Assistance of Macapá.

Rafael Martins Teixeira – State Secretariat for Rural Development (SDR)

He’s an administrator. He was Assistant Secretary of State for Rural Development. He has held the positions of municipal secretary of Housing and Urban Planning of Macapá, secretary of Administration and municipal coordinator of Sports and Leisure (Comel).

Graduated in business management and information technology, with a specialization in Business Management and Strategy, Martins also served as general director of the Legislative Assembly of Amapá (Alap).

Syntia Machado dos Santos Lamarão – State Secretariat for Tourism (Setur)

She has a bachelor’s degree in law, a postgraduate degree in Administrative Law and Public Management, an MBA in Strategic Management of Public Administration, a lato sensu postgraduate degree in Expertise and Auditing and a lato sensu postgraduate degree in Compliance and Conciliation and Mediation in Conflicts.

She has already held the position of Secretary of State for Tourism, from 2015 to 2017; and CEO of the Amapá Development Agency (Afap).

Charles Marcelo Santana Rodrigues – Amapá Rehabilitation Center (Creap)

He is a physiotherapist specializing in Integrated Rehabilitation in Neurology. Public servant in Amapá since 1996, working at Hospital de Clínicas Dr. Alberto Lima (HCal).

He has held the positions of head of the Amapá Rehabilitation Center and professor at Faculdade Estácio Seama, in physiotherapy and psychology courses. He works as a physiotherapist at the Hcal Surgical Clinic and at the High Complexity Oncology Unit (Unacon).

Cássio Roberto Leonel Peterka – Amapá Health Surveillance Superintendence (SVS)

He has a degree in veterinary medicine, with a master’s degree in Experimental Epidemiology and Applied to Zoonoses. A federal public servant, he has served as interim director of the Department of Immunizations and Communicable Diseases; and director of Epidemiological Surveillance, in the Federal District.

Cássio was also general coordinator of Arbovirus Surveillance, of the National Malaria Prevention and Control Program; deputy general coordinator of the National Programs for the Control and Prevention of Malaria and Diseases Transmitted by Aedes Aegypti, at the Ministry of Health; consultant for the Pan American Health Organization and director of Research, Science, Technology and Innovation in Health of Tocantins.

Jorge Pires – State Secretariat for Purchasing and Tenders

He is a lawyer, specialist in Educational Law and has a master’s degree in Public Management. He is a university professor and has taught the subjects of Civil Law, Business Law and Consumer Law.

He served as Government Secretary of Macapá City Hall (2016 to 2020) and was Secretary of the State Secretariat for Planning.

Creuzete Almeida – Institute of Weights and Measures (Ipem)

She has a degree in business administration and a postgraduate degree in Hospital Administration. She has already worked in the state of Pará at the Department of Health and Metropolitan Emergency Hospital, in addition to acting as administrator of Samu in the neighboring state.

Creuzete previously worked as an administrator at the Vila Amazonas Hospital, in the municipality of Santana, and currently worked at the Amapá Institute of Weights and Measures.

Júlia Sousa Conde – Amapá School of Public Administration (EAP)

He has a bachelor’s degree in law and has worked in the coordination of learning events, seminars and courses in the private sector. In public service, he worked in the benefits registration and service division of Amapá Previdência (Amprev).

Júlia has already worked in the contracts and agreements unit of the Extraordinary Secretariat for Government Representation in Brasília (Seab). Currently, she was the chief of staff of the EAP.
