Event starts at 6pm, with free entry

Manaus (AM) – Casa de Praia Zezinho Corrêa, located in the Ponta Negra tourist complex, West Zone of Manaus, will host the 2nd Rei da Selva Combat (RSC) Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling Challenge, this Saturday (3), starting at 6pm. With free entry for all ages, the event aims to highlight the importance of martial arts for sport through a fight show, in addition to launching new athletes in social projects in the children’s, youth and adult categories on the world stage and in the development of social inclusion within the modality.

“This is not the first time that we have hosted a fight show on the Murilo Rayol stage, because we have always embraced causes from all sectors of our city. The public authorities also support the private sector, opening the doors of spaces dedicated to this type of activity. So, I take this opportunity to invite you to be part of this sporting environment that the Praia Zezinho Corrêa house will host”,

invited the secretary of Semtepi, Radyr Júnior.

According to the organizer and founder of the RSC Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) event in Manaus, Bruno Cunha, there will be 40 competitors from all categories and 20 matched fights, which will feature belts and cash prizes. The competition returned to activities in December 2023 with the inclusion of a new category: jiu-jitsu and grappling.

“We presented our proposal to Secretary Radyr and received full support from Semtepi. We chose the Praia Zezinho Corrêa house because it is a new and free place, standing out for its beautiful view of Ponta Negra. We are happy to be the first large-scale sporting event to use the Murilo Rayol stage”,

explained Bruno.
