AVT and Gabriel de Almeida Café are winners of the Amapá School Futsal Championship held by Fade – News of Brazil

The state schools Alexandre Vaz Tavares and Gabriel de Almeida Café were the winners of the Amapaense School Futsal Championship held by the Amapaense School Sports Federation (Fade), which took place from December 5th to 9th, in Macapá.

There were eight teams aged 15 to 17 for men and two teams for women who competed in the championship that took place on the court at the Gabriel de Almeida Café school.

The competitions in the final were exciting, the Alexandre Vaz Tavares athletes beat the Gabriel de Almeida Café 7×4 school. While the men’s team from the Gabriel de Almeida Café school beat the AVT team 6-1.

The Championship featured physiotherapists Gabriela Ferreira de Jesus, Italo Marques Duarte, Cecília Emily Costa dos Santos and Antônio Ferreira dos Santos, in partnership with Fade, who ensured the best conditioning of the athletes, there were no injuries. It also had an arbitration team that ensured that all rules were followed, just like a professional competition.

For the president of Fade, Rogério Moreira, the championship was the last of this year and also includes Christmas Solidarity action, where more than 100 kilos of food were collected and will be delivered to needy families in the municipality.

“We closed the year with a flourish for School Sports in Amapá, with several competitions, a great School Games in the state, excellent participation in national competitions”highlighted the president.
