On Thursday (22), from 6pm to 10pm, an important meeting was held with all the referees who participated in the Amapazão 2024 rounds. During the meeting, an analysis was made of the controversial moves that occurred in the matches, as well as necessary technical corrections for the improvement of referees in upcoming games. In addition, feedback from the courses to which two members were invited by the CBF was shared, aiming to align the local framework with the required standards.
The meeting had several organizational objectives, including standardizing compliance with rules, such as behavior on the bench and technical committee. Topics such as entrances, positioning, warnings and necessary improvements were also discussed, both inside and outside the penalty area. Attention to detail and error correction were highlighted, aiming to avoid mistakes during matches.
The physical test was successful, with almost 100% approval in the theoretical and physical test. Only one assistant did not pass the theoretical test, demonstrating the commitment and preparation of the referees. Now, the referees await their rosters according to their qualifications for the 2024 games.
The meeting was fundamental to guarantee the quality of arbitration in Amapazão and reinforced the commitment to the continuous evolution of referees in each opportunity they receive.
