2nd Jiu-Jitsu Kids Festival had around 500 participating children and teenagers – News of Brazil

This weekend was very busy for around 500 children and teenagers aged between 4 and 15, who were participating in the 2nd Jiu-Jitsu Kids Festival. The event took place at the Military Police gymnasium, in the Beirol neighborhood.

The event, which was held by the Jiu-Jitsu Federation of the State of Amapá, through an authoritative amendment by councilor Maraína Martins, and with the support of Macapá City Hall, included athletes from various social projects.

In total, 23 teams participated in the event, in the categories Pre-Kindergarten to Infanto Juvenil B, which ranges from 4 to 15 years old. 143 fight keys were generated, with the same number of champions.

In the team result, the Cova dos Leões project came in first place with 120 points. In second place was Urso Team, with 105 points, and third place went to the AKXE BJJ Amapá team, with 96 points.
