Parintins (AM) – Governor Wilson Lima started, this Wednesday (28), the land regularization of over 1,500 housing units and delivered over 200 definitive land titles in the new action of Amazonas Meu Lar, the largest housing program ever carried out by the Government of the State and which has already reached a third of the target established for four years, with 13 thousand homes regularized.

“This is a delivery that puts an end to the suffering of the families that occupied the land, that occupied the apartment, but they didn’t have the right, they didn’t have the document to say ‘this land, this apartment, this house is mine’. From now on, the land is yours, the house is yours. And that gives me satisfaction, not as a governor, but as a citizen, as a human being“,

highlighted Governor Wilson Lima.

The delivery of housing solutions took place at the Amazonas Convention Center – Vasco Vasques, Dom Pedro neighborhood, west zone, with the presence of the CEO of the Amazonas Housing Superintendence, Jivago Afonso; the Secretary of State for Urban and Metropolitan Development (Sedurb), Marcellus Campelo; of Cities and Territories, João Braga; the CEO of the Municipal Institute of Urban Planning (Implurb), Carlos Valente; the Inspector General of Justice, Jomar Fernandes; Judge Abraham Campos Filho; Councilors Diego Afonso and Glória Carrate; and state deputies Cabo Maciel, Adjuto Afonso, Abdala Fraxe, João Luiz and Débora Menezes.

On the occasion, the governor recalled that he signed, in the middle of this month, a Term of Technical Cooperation with the Court of Justice of the State of Amazonas (TJAM) for advances in the policy of land regularization in Amazonian territory, in compliance with the guidelines of the Permanent Regularization Program for the Legal Amazon, by the Corregedoria Nacional de Justiça (CNJ), which assigns measures related to the regulation of land (rural and urban) to the state internal affairs bodies.

The efforts of the State Government are focused on meeting the goals of Amazonas Meu Lar, coordinated by Sedurb. The forecast is to deliver 22,000 housing solutions and carry out 33,000 land regularizations of properties and land.

The actions include the regularization of housing complexes delivered by previous administrations without documentation attesting to the regularity of the properties, in addition to deliveries of new properties, such as those of the Social and Environmental Program of Manaus and Interior (Prosamin+), which is resettling 2.3 thousand families from the communities of Sharp and Manaus 2000.

This Wednesday, the land regularization action, carried out through the State Housing Superintendence (Suhab), includes the accounting of lots in the area and the issuance of the Habite-se (by the Municipality), which benefit residents of the Viver Melhor projects III, with 512 units; Petrópolis, with 192 units; and Amadeu Botelho, with 800 units.

The Habite-se is a document that certifies that the residence was built in accordance with the norms established by municipal legislation, being necessary both for new constructions and for works and renovations.

In less than a year, Suhab regularized the housing complexes: Renato Souza Pinto II, with 412 units; Nova Cidade with more than 10.6 thousand units; Citizen V with 693 units; and Citizen VII with 367 units. With this, the beneficiary can go to the registry office and transfer the property to the name, becoming the de facto and legal owner.

“I thank God and our governor Wilson Lima, because he was the only one to recognize our definitive title for the residential Petrópolis, we have been there for 12 years, it was an achievement that we all expected and thank God we achieved it. We are very happy. It is very important for everyone in the residential”,

said housewife Arlene Gonçalves, resident of Petrópolis residential.

In all, there are more than 13,000 housing units regularized, one third of the target set for the four-year period. Other housing complexes are being regularized, such as Viver Melhor I and II, Nova República, Cidadão X, Lar dos Hansenianos, Cidadão II – Amine Lindoso, Cidadão XII, Residencial Viver Melhor IV, Ozias Monteiro I, Cidadão and Cidadão III.

The Government of Amazonas has entered into a partnership with the Municipality of Manaus to resolve pending issues regarding the regularization of housing complexes. The action is carried out through Suhab, which signed a Technical Cooperation Agreement with the Municipal Institute of Urban Planning (Implurb) to issue the Habite-se permit; and with the Municipal Institute of Urban Mobility (IMMU) to finalize the signaling system in these areas.
