Whindersson breaks silence on death of young woman identified as his affair

Comedian lamented the death of Jéssica Vitória, aged 22, who was attacked on the web after allegedly leaking conversations with the artist

Comedian Whindersson Nunes spoke out about the death of young Jéssica Vitória, aged 22, who was identified as his affair and had false conversations with the artist leaked on the web. Through a note sent by his office, the comedian regretted the episode and recalled the day he lost his premature son, João Miguel, the result of his relationship with Maria Lina.

“This Friday (22), Whindersson Nunes was surprised by the sad news of the death of young Jéssica. Perplexed by the triggering of this new public massacre caused by the negative use of social networks, the artist laments: ‘I am extremely sad. I went back to the day I lost my son. Let no one go through the pain of burying a child’”, says an excerpt from the note.

“Nonstop Produções SA and Whindersson Nunes deeply regret what happened and offer solidarity to the family of young Jessica, as well as vehemently repudiate the virtual lynching and the harmful use of social networks. The news of Jéssica’s death was given by the family, through Instagram, this Friday (22). According to the young woman’s relatives, before the exposure, Whindersson’s alleged girlfriend suffered from psychological problems, in addition to dealing with depression.

Prints of the dialogue with the comedian appeared on the web on the 18th, but he denied it and stated that he had never met Jessica, who lived in Minas Gerais. “I have no idea who this girl is and this is a fake print”, he defended himself at the time.

The uproar arose on the networks after a profile published the supposed chat between them, with the headline: “See: Prints of conversations between Whindersson Nunes and his new partner are published”.

After Whindersson spoke out, internet users began to believe that the girl had been a victim of fake news and that someone had faked the interaction between them. A friend of Jessica confirmed the news, according to some news profiles on X, formerly Twitter.

“I only ask that God comforts the hearts of your family and all those who loved you so much. I wonder how far human evil goes and I revolt to know that people are capable of anything!”, she said, referring to the attacks that her colleague was suffering after she was exposed.

According to the woman, Jessica was receiving many negative messages after being associated with the artist: “Unfortunately, my revolt does not bring me life again. They should put a little hand on their conscience and a little more love in their hearts.”

Shortly after the news of Jessica’s death, the profiles that had published the prints with the supposed dialogues were removed from social media.
