US Congress request to X is sent to Moraes

The Judiciary Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives of the US parliament asked that X Corp submit “all orders” that were issued by Moraes “referring to or related to the moderation, deletion, suspension, restriction or reduction of the circulation of content; the removal or blocking of accounts; the development, execution or application of X Corp’s content moderation policies”, says an excerpt from the document obtained by People’s Gazette this Monday (15).

According to the letter, the Committee also requests information about the “treatment by X Corp. the accuracy or veracity of content; or the attribution of content to the source of or participant in a malign or state-sponsored foreign influence operation.”
