Result of appeal guaranteed by senator Randolfe Rodrigues, the governor of Amapá, Clécio Luís, announced this Friday, 1st, the thirteenth benefit of the Amapá Jovem program. The project now goes to an urgent vote in the Legislative Assembly.
This is the first time that young people will have access to this benefit. Around ten thousand of them will be served. The parliamentarian allocated R$1.7 million to pay the benefit to the youth of Amapá.
“This payment is a fair gift for young people from Amapá, an incentive, but it is also a promotion of local commerce”celebrated the senator.

Furthermore, the parliamentarian’s mandate contributed to the construction of the Bill that will modernize one of the main programs of the Government of Amapá.
According to the Youth Secretariat, the reformulation of the program will serve young people more efficiently. “The creation of new Amapá Jovem axes will guarantee resources to those who really need it”, said the head of the department, Priscila Magno.
The bill provides for the program to now be subdivided into: Amapá Jovem do Campo; Amapá Jovem Universitário; Amapá Young Citizen; Amapá Young Protagonist; Amapá Jovem na Escola and Amapá Jovem Intern, as well as the stay of the thirteenth of Amapá Jovem.
