PGR asks the STF to open an investigation against Janones over an alleged “crack”

The Attorney General’s Office (PGR) asked the Federal Supreme Court (STF) this Friday (1st) to open an investigation against federal deputy André Janones (Avante-MG) to investigate the alleged practice of “cracking” in his cabinet. In audios attributed to the parliamentarian, he demands the return of part of the salaries of his office employees at the time to help him cover election campaign expenses. The request forwarded to the STF was signed by the Deputy Attorney General of the Republic, Ana Borges Coêlho. For her, there is “sufficient suggestive evidence” of crimes such as criminal association, embezzlement and concussion, the newspaper reported. The globe. Opposition called for investigation against Janones

On Tuesday (28), federal deputy Delegate Paulo Bilynskyj (PL-SP) filed a criminal report with the PGR against Janones. The complaint was signed by more than 40 opposition deputies. They ask for the revocation of Janones’ mandate based on Law No. 8,429/92, which provides for punishments for the crime of administrative improbity.

Former federal deputy Deltan Dallagnol (Novo-PR) also presented a criminal report against the parliamentarian to the PGR. The Liberal Party (PL) sent a request to revoke Janones’ mandate to the Board of Directors of the Chamber.
