With the purpose of providing publicity and transparency to the actions carried out by the Regional Electoral Court of Amapá (TRE-AP), the Judiciary Secretariat released a statistical report on the results of the judged accounts of the candidates and their respective electoral parties, participants in the 2020 Municipal Elections. , as well as the 2022 State Elections, held throughout the state of Amapá. The information is based on data obtained from the Account Information System (SICO) and provides comparisons using tables and graphs.

From the 2020 municipal elections, 2,316 accounts from candidates and political parties were analyzed and judged. Of this total, 34.24% were approved with reservations, 32.56% were approved and only one account was judged and did not obtain a resolution on the merits.

As for the 2022 state elections, 451 accountability processes were analyzed and judged. Of these, 43.90% were approved with reservations, 30.38% were approved and only 7.54% of the accounts were not provided.

Scheduled inspections

The General Electoral Inspectorate, chaired by judge Carmo Antônio de Souza, defined the calendar for inspections of the electoral zones in the state of Amapá for the 2024 Cycle, which will preferably be carried out in person and coordinated by the regional electoral inspectorate.

The inspection schedule begins on February 20th in the 6th Electoral Zone (Santana), passing through the other electoral sections in the first half of June.

On an exceptional basis, inspections may be carried out outside the period established in the schedule, with the respective electoral zones being notified in advance of the change.
