Manaus (AM) – The Court of Sports Justice of Amazonas (TJD-AM) determined, this Monday (4), that São Raimundo plays behind closed doors, in its matches as home team, and is not entitled to charge tickets in matches as a visitor for a period of 30 days, or until the TJD-AM judges the complaint by one of its disciplinary committees.

The president of TJD-AM, Dr. Hugo Ribeiro granted the preliminary injunction request for an unnamed measure, filed by the Sports Attorney’s Office, represented by the Attorney General, Dr. Ruy Mendonça.

The attack

Last Sunday night (3), after RPE Parintins’ 2-0 victory over São Raimundo, at the Ismael Benigno stadium, Colina, a bus with Tourão fans was attacked with a bottle by an Albiceleste fan. Among others injured, a three-month pregnant woman ended up being the hardest hit after the attack.

This Monday (4), São Raimundo announced the identification and banning of the fan involved in the episode of any event involving the club in the year 2024. Shortly after the episode became public, RPE Parintins issued a note of repudiation against the act of violence committed.
