TJAP appoints new substitute judge – News of Brazil

This Monday (8), the judge-president of the Court of Justice of Amapá (TJAP), Adam HererValho, swore into his office the newest magistrate of the Amapá Judiciary: Rodrigo Marques Bergamo. He was ranked 14th in the 10th Public Exam and Qualifications Competition for the position of Substitute Judge of the TJAP.

The Term of Inauguration was read by the general secretary of TJAP, Veridiano Necklaces, and cites his appointment, which appears in Ordinance No. 70,611, published in the Electronic Justice Gazette No. 217/2023 (of December 7, 2023). Also present at the event were the assistant judge of the Presidency, Marina Lustosa, and the mother of the inductee, Regina Bergamo.

After swearing in the new judge, the president of TJAP congratulated the new substitute judge on his achievement. The judge Adam Carvalho wished Rodrigo Bérgamo success in his judicial career.

“The inauguration of the new magistrate strengthens the effective framework of the Amapá Justice, which will be able to carry out the services within its competence even more efficiently throughout the State. I congratulate the substitute judge and wish him success in his professional challenge. May Doctor Rodrigo Bérgamo be very happy in the Amapá judiciary, just as I have been for 32 years”stressed the president of TJAP.

At 29 years old, Rodrigo Bergamo is from the city of Assis (SP). The sworn magistrate highlighted his pride and happiness in joining the Amapá Judiciary.

“It is an honor to join the judiciary of the State of Amapá. I close a cycle of studies and begin new challenges. I intend, with all my technical capacity, to provide effective, fair and serious work for Amapá society”, commented Rodrigo Bergamo.
