TJ-RJ orders video of minister Benedito Gonçalves’ son deleted

After the negative repercussion of the video of Felipe Brandão, son of minister Benedito Gonçalves, of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), sporting designer clothes and accessories valued at more than R$ 1 million, the Rio de Janeiro Court (TJ-RJ ) ordered the video to be removed from social media. According to the newspaper The globein the TJ-RJ decision, judge Flávia Babu Capanema Tancredo considered that the objective of the video was to ridicule Felipe and target third parties, including minister Benedito Gonçalves.
The video, published by Dutch influencer Anthony Kruijver Fashion, quickly went viral on TikTok and had 211.8 thousand views by the end of this Saturday afternoon (13). The content shows the son of minister Benedito Gonçalves with a woman and a child dressed from head to toe in designer clothes and accessories that together could cost more than R$1.2 million.
In the video posted on the profile that brings together fashion content, they describe the items smiling and say that they are from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Felipe Brandão presents himself as a businessman who buys and sells luxury watches.
