In total, in 2023 alone, Vetor contributed to the approval of more than 750 students

Manaus (AM) – The State University of Amazonas (UEA) released, this Thursday (7), the results of the 2023 Entrance Exam, with access to 2024, and also of the Serial Entry System (SIS). In total, 115 of the successful candidates are from the Vetor course, 24 of which are only in the Medicine course. Furthermore, 17 first placed in the SIS are also Vetor students.

Among them, Luiz Fernandes, 18 years old, who was approved in Medicine by SIS. A Vetor student since the 1st year of high school, he believes that consistency in his studies, combined with physical exercise, were essential during the preparation period for the tests.

“Exercising helped to relax my body and mind, and this made the routine easier”,

evaluates the young man, who sought to explore the model of the test applied by the Vestibular of the Universidade Estadual Paulista (Vunesp), the board responsible for the UEA test.

For Vetor student, Gabriel Pontes, aged 18, this targeted study offered by the course was essential for his performance in the tests. “I have been studying since the 1st year, but I only started taking the course this year and, since then, I have felt a difference in the tests”, he comments.

He attributes the expertise of teachers in the selection processes to be one of the main reasons for the results achieved. “The classes and teaching material focused on banking influenced my approval by 80%”, said the student, who was 1st in Law in the entrance exam and 2nd in Law by the SIS.

Vetor student Sofia Cunha, 18 years old, who won 2nd place in Medicine, points out that, in addition to focused study, taking care of her physical and emotional health during preparation and on the day of the test were part of her adopted strategies.

“Sleeping well, eating well, staying hydrated and exercising help the body and mind function better to deal with the study routine and the nervousness of the test”, reveals the young woman, who dreams of becoming a psychiatrist.

“We are very happy with another positive result. There are, in total, more than 110 students approved at UEA. And all of this is the result of teamwork, from Vetor’s teachers, the students and their families”,

said the general director of the course, Solian Rocha.

In total, in 2023 alone, Vetor contributed to the approval of more than 750 students, 350 from Enem, 300 from UEA and more than 90 in the Continuous Selection Process (PSC) 3, from the Federal University of Amazonas (Ufam).

Next Monday (11) the results of the State University of Roraima (UERR) are expected to be released. And, on January 23, 2024, it’s time for the list of those approved for the UFAM PSC. Candidates for this contest will take the test this Sunday (10), in Manaus and in the interior of Amazonas. UFAM is offering more than 2380 vacancies.
