The other achievement was obtained by the team formed by Jéssica Messali herself, Ronan Cordeiro, Letícia Freitas, her guide Bruna Mahn, and Jorge Luís Fonseca. The Brazilians finished the race in 51min59s, with USA 1 (the country competed with two teams) winning the gold medal and France the silver.
