STJD sets trial for Coritiba and Cruzeiro for fight and invasion

Highlighting the seriousness of the fans’ conduct, which resulted in victims and the stoppage of the game for 35 minutes, the Prosecutor’s Office requested in an injunction that Coritiba and Cruzeiro play behind closed doors as home teams and lose their tickets as visitors until the case is judged.

The Prosecutor’s Office also requested the removal of the organized fans IMPÉRIO ALVIVERDE and MANCHA ALVIVERDE, both from Coritiba, and the organized fans MÁFIA AZUL and PAVILHÃO INDEPENDENTE, both from Cruzeiro, for a period of at least one year and the closure of Vila Capanema in accordance with article 174 from CBJD.

Article. 174. The closure of a sports venue prevents any match of the respective sport from taking place there, until the requirements imposed in the decision are met, at the discretion of the judging body.

The complaint requesting an injunction was forwarded for analysis and decision to the president of the Football STJD, José Perdiz de Jesus, who determined, on the 16th, that both teams play their games behind closed doors and lose the ticket charge for the games. as visitors until the trial of the case in the first instance and rejected the request for the closure of Vila Capanema and the removal of those organized in Coritiba and Cruzeiro.
