STF files request to investigate Nikolas and Zema for going to Bolsonaro’s act

The minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Nunes Marques, filed an investigation request presented by the former president of the PSOL state directory in Minas Gerais, Sara Azevedo, so that the alleged use of public money in the displacement of the federal deputy could be investigated. In the decision, Nunes Marques said that the STF does not have the authority to investigate this type of complaint.

The petition presented to the STF against the parliamentarian and the governor is based on “reports from several citizens”. According to the complaint, the two had used “the public apparatus” to pay for “air tickets, official cars, public security” and other items.
According to the PSOL petition, Nikolas and Zema had committed the crime of embezzlement.
