Shopping de Manaus offers free Muay Thai class, this Sunday (25)

Muay Thai is a Thai martial art that has gained more and more fans

Manaus (AM) — Amazonas Shopping will let visitors work up a sweat, this Sunday (25), in the free Muay Thai class. The program is part of the activities of the ‘Domingou’ project and takes place from 5pm, in the garage building (G1). On the Amazonas Shopping weekend there is also an option for children, with a special meeting with the character Bita, from the animation Mundo Bita.

Muay Thai is a Thai martial art that has gained more and more fans. Practicing this activity offers numerous benefits such as improved physical conditioning, muscle strengthening and toning, increased elasticity, weight loss, among others.

Ivanna Passos, Marketing Manager at Amazonas Shopping, highlights that the purpose of “Domingou” is to offer different options so that the public can experience and learn about various activities, whether physical exercise, relaxation, exhibitions, among others.

Meeting with Bita

Another attraction of the Amazonas Shopping weekend is for children who are fans of the Mundo Bita animation. On Saturday (24) and Sunday (25) there will be a meeting with the character Bita. It’s the opportunity for little ones to take free photos with the character. The meeting takes place on a first-come, first-served basis at four times (3pm to 3:30pm/ 4pm to 4:30pm/ 5pm to 5:30pm and 6pm to 6:30pm).

In addition to photos, families can also have fun at the Mundo Bita Amusement Park, which is open at Praça de Eventos Rio Negro, in the central corridor, from Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 10pm, and Sunday, from 2pm. at 9pm until March 3rd.

Among the attractions at Parque do Mundo Bita is the 9-meter-high Ferris wheel, all decorated with characters from the animation. There is also a rotating balloon, airplane, trampoline, slide, cat bed, memory game, as well as activity tables for little ones to get creative with drawings and paintings.

Tickets cost R$40.00 for 40 minutes (unit) and R$1 per minute exceeded. Children with special needs are free and the companion pays 50%.
