Senate tells Lula that Zanin must be approved for the STF – 05/29/2023 – Mônica Bergamo

Senators with wide influence in Parliament told Lula (PT) that the name of lawyer Cristiano Zanin should be approved without major difficulties if he himself is nominated for the Federal Supreme Court (STF).

According to them, even an attempt by the president of the Constitution and Justice Commission, Davi Alcolumbre (União-AP), to postpone Zanin’s sabbath can be circumvented easily.
