With the unit in Borba, Senac AM seeks to contribute to improving the lives of citizens
Borba (AM) – This Thursday (20th), the city of Borba (149 km from Manaus) will receive the building of the old Municipal Market totally revitalized by the Regional Department of Senac Amazonas, where the Professional Education Center Cleutembergue Antonio Pantoja will now operate.
The restoration carried out in a total area of 510 m² has preserved the traces of the historic architecture that recounts the golden years of the “Little Princess of Rio Madeira”, and a signage that seeks to highlight the arrival of the SENAC brand and credibility in the municipality.
Senac’s newest unit has air-conditioned environments, with two floors covering the administrative area, secretariat, library, bathrooms, teachers’ room, conventional classrooms, modern and fully equipped laboratories for practical courses in the segments of Gastronomy, Beauty and Informatics.
The unit provides accessibility with signs containing Braille, a ramp and elevator for wheelchair users, in addition to having a powerful generator, so as not to leave your students without classes, in cases of possible power outages.
With this project in the city of Borba, Senac Amazonas, with its mission of “educating for work”, seeks to contribute to improving the lives of its citizens, training and specializing the local workforce, promoting entrepreneurship and the growth of the labor market, through Professional Education.
