Representatives from departments focused on Amapá’s development and infrastructure are in Brasília fulfilling their agenda and working to insert the state into the New PAC and raise funds for immediate investment in the municipalities. The secretary also said that his portfolio has an important role in relation to aid for municipalities, in agreements and in dealing with solid terminations, urban cleaning, public lighting and paving. “It’s a range of investments that we need to organize and support the development of cities”, he spoke.
The State Conference will be held in Amapá, the last one was in 2017. The federal government meets in council with organized civil society to allocate infrastructure investments.
Kelson Vaz pointed out that the New PAC has R$1.9 billion, and that the governor works with his secretariat to ensure that Amapá is included in this program. “There is robust work on the part of the state’s infrastructure teams, works, Secretary David Covre, and the Housing Department; It is an immense task force in search of improving housing for the people of Amapá”, declared the secretary.
“We are in March, which is the month in which internal planning and budget release and resource application are defined; We are racing against time so that we can be successful in searching for these resources so that we can begin the issue of execution”concluded Kelson.
