Dialogue with Education

Since January, the Government of Amapá has already held 12 meetings with the union, seeking, through transparent dialogue, an agreement to value these civil servants within the possibilities of the State. During this period, the Government has already presented two proposals to the category. In the first, it proposed granting a 3% adjustment in September and 4.16% in December.

The Executive’s second proposal was discussed at the negotiation table between the governor and the union, where a 4.16% increase would be granted in September, and 3% in December, if there is an improvement in collections. Thus reaching the percentage of 12.76%, with the salary recomposition granted in April, referring to the base date. Both proposals were rejected by the union and negotiations follow.
