Brasilia DF) – Due to an amendment by federal deputy Saullo Vianna (União-AM), people with disabilities, the elderly, as well as populations in social vulnerability will have their rights guaranteed to priority access to the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program, sanctioned by President Luís Inácio Lula da Silva (PT).
The law, created from the provisional measure (MP) of the new Minha Casa, Minha Vida, reactivates the federal government’s popular housing program. The amendment by the Amazon parliamentarian also seeks to ensure the adaptation of properties that will be allocated to priority groups.
