Investment aims to guarantee the deputy’s commitment to the social development of the municipality

Manaus (AM) – Federal deputy Saullo Vianna (União-AM) made it possible, through a parliamentary amendment, still as state deputy, to acquire a new vehicle for the city’s Municipal Social Assistance Secretariat (Semas). The car, delivered this Friday (5), will strengthen mobility for the activities carried out by the Southern Guardianship Council, consolidating efforts on behalf of the population in vulnerable situations.

The investment aims not only to ensure greater agility in assistance actions, but also reinforces the deputy’s commitment to the social development of the municipality, where he was recognized as a citizen in 2023.

“We are pleased to see our work resulting in concrete improvements to social assistance in Itacoatiara. This vehicle represents more than mobility; It is an investment in the care and protection of our most vulnerable population”,

highlighted Saullo Vianna.

Rural Zone won UBS

When he was state deputy, Saullo Vianna allocated more than R$727,200 to benefit health and social assistance in Itacoatiara. The resources financed the construction of a Basic Health Unit (UBS) in the community of São Pedro de Iracema, delivered in September 2023.

Vianna was the only state deputy to allocate parliamentary amendments for the construction of UBS in the rural area of ​​the municipality. “This community is in a region far from the city center and therefore, we intended this amendment so that people can have health care close to their homes and I insist on being here at the inauguration”,

said Saullo.

Commitment

During the session that granted him the “Itacoatiarense Citizen Title”, the parliamentarian reinforced his political commitment to the development of Itacoatiara and guaranteed that, as federal deputy, he will further expand his actions for the municipality.

“I had the honor of being the federal deputy with the most votes in Itacoatiara in 2022 and my commitment is now doubled. You can be sure that my mandate will be used to improve the lives of my Itacoatiarense brothers every day, whether with amendments, requests and whatever else is necessary”,
