Accustomed to uniforms and cleats, São Paulo players exchanged sporting goods for designer clothes and served as a model for the launch of the Autumn/Winter collection of the VR Collezioni brand. Entitled “Pay With Elegance” (“Play with Elegance”, in free translation), the line is inspired by the universe of soccer.
According to VR Collezioni, the collection highlights overcoming sports, dedication to training and the elegance and versatility of the pieces. The photos for the launch of the new clothes were taken at the Morumbi stadium, the traditional home of the São Paulo tricolor. The complete set of the suit can reach R$ 3,500. The black and white of the photos gave the players a serious tone.
The campaign features Pablo Maia, Rodrigo Nestor, Talles Costa, Welington, Luciano, Giuliano Galoppo, Wellington Rato and Lucas Beraldo. The partnership between São Paulo and VR Collezioni has existed since 2021 and “is strengthened” with the launch, informs representatives of the clothing brand. The collection is already available on the company’s website and in physical stores.
“In the new collection, modern and technological pieces inspired by the main world trends, gain cuts and fits specially designed to enhance the male silhouette. Combining neutral colors, such as black, white and gray, with details in navy blue and red, they present a look elegant and sophisticated. The high quality fabrics guarantee durability and resistance to keep up with the hectic day to day”, said VR, in a statement.
São Paulo returns to the field on Monday, when they face Água Santa, in the Paulistão quarterfinals. With Morumbi unavailable due to the presentation of the English band Coldplay, the match will be played at Allianz Parque.
