Who can enroll in Sisu?

What day will the result come out?

The result will come out on February 28th on the Sisu candidate’s page and at higher education institutions. Enrollments will be from March 2nd to 8th, directly at the university of choice.

It is important to know that the candidate who passes in the first or second option has only this opportunity to enroll in the university, because he will not be able to join the waiting list.

What are the criteria used in the Sisu selection process?

In the event of a tie in scores, the following criteria will be considered, in this order:

  • Higher grade in the writing test;
  • Highest score in the test of languages, codes and their technologies;
  • Higher grade in the math test and its technologies;
  • Higher grade in the natural sciences and technologies test; It is
  • Higher score in the human sciences and its technologies test.

What is Sisu’s cutoff score?

The courses have different weights, so it is important to follow the entire process on the candidate’s page. A medical course, for example, may require a minimum average equal to or greater than 560 points in the Enem and a minimum grade in natural sciences equal to or greater than 400 points.

The cut-off score is only a reference to assist the candidate in monitoring their application. It will be published daily from the second day of enrollment, after Sisu calculates and publishes the cutoff score for each course on the first day of enrollment.

Is there a waiting list?

Yes. Those who are not selected in either of the two course options indicated in the regular registration act can still compete for one of the vacancies through Sisu’s waiting list.

In this case, he can choose only one of the job options defined in the application phase. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the deadlines for expressing interest in joining the waiting list.

Once on the list, it is necessary for the candidate to accompany the invitations for enrollment at the institution of the chosen vacancy.

Can the candidate who signed up for Sisu sign up for Prouni?

Yes, as long as you meet the program criteria. Students are prohibited from using the Prouni scholarship and simultaneously being enrolled in a public and free higher education institution. Therefore, whoever is selected by both must choose one of them.
