The departure of Senator Randolfe Rodrigues (AP) from the Network, due to disagreements regarding oil exploration at the mouth of the Amazon River, will cause side effects to the party.
One of them is the disappearance of the party’s leadership in the Senate, since Randolfe was the only Network parliamentarian in the House. Five civil servants are housed there, with salaries ranging from R$ 4,000 to R$ 24,000.
The party has not yet decided their fate. Part may migrate to Randolfe’s own office, and part to assist other representatives of the Network.
