The idea for the project came after the participation of Deputy Acácio in the event held by the AGROMIX Group, in the Municipality of Pedra Branca do Amapari, in the State of Amapá, in which he realized that there is a great loss to the families of low-income farmers

Deputy Acácio Favacho presented Bill 4239/23, which facilitates access by family farmers to lines of credit offered by the Constitutional Financing Fund of the North (FNO).

“The proposal aims to facilitate access to financing offered in the form of a credit line for family farmers who practice activities in rural areas, even if they are precarious (squatters) of public lands, so that they can obtain the resources through the FNO”, explains.

The idea for the project came after the deputy participated in the event held by the AGROMIX Group, in the Municipality of Pedra Branca do Amapari, in the State of Amapá, in which he realized that there is a great loss to the families of low-income farmers who occupy public lands , even on a precarious basis, thus reflecting on an impediment for the farmer who depends on this resource to start and/or increase his agricultural production, when they must prove ownership of the land.
