The measure aims to investigate the lack of clarity in the information disseminated on social media, especially regarding the possibility of purchasing tickets per night, which could constitute the practice of tying.
According to information posted on social media, tickets range from R$1,200 to R$2,000 for the three nights of the festival. The art. 39, item I, of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) prohibits tying, as it considers an abusive practice to ‘condition the supply of a product or service to the supply of another product or service, as well as, without just cause, to quantitative limits ‘.
