The President of the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (APEX), Jorge Viana, should arrive in Amapá on the 17th of July, for a series of agendas aimed mainly at creating a favorable scenario for the development of industries amapaenses. The action is directly encouraged by the mandate of Senator Randolfe Rodrigues, together with the Secretariat for International Relations and Foreign Trade of the Government of Amapá.

Today, more than 120 companies from Amapá produce sustainably and seek opportunities to enter the international market. Last year, Senator Randolfe Rodrigues, in partnership with the Government of Amapá, held the Amapá Seal Business and Innovation Fair, which brought together more than 50 industries from Amapá ready to enter the international market. “We allocated R$800,000 so that we could create a business environment and present to the people of Amapa what we have produced here”said the senator.

For 2023, the congressman allocated over R$1 million for the 2nd edition of the business fair. In addition, Senator Randolfe Rodrigues also articulated the participation of four companies from Amapa: Amazonbai, Engenho, Chocolates Cunani Cacau and Chocolates Cassiporé, which will have financial and logistical support at Natural Products Expo East 2023, in the USA, and Salon du Chocolat 2023, in France.
