The exchange rate for the peso in Chile, in the thousands, can scare a Brazilian before converting. However, in reais, the price of tickets to the Pan de Santiago becomes more attractive to the eyes and pockets of Brazilians. Tickets for the Men’s Football Team game cost R$37 and, in athletics, the price is around R$50.
There is also free access for people with disabilities, companions and a 50% discount for Banco Estado customers. In general, tickets are sold between R$20 and R$55.
Brazilians at R$37
According to the official Pan de Santiago website, tickets for several sports will cost less than R$50, including the most popular sports in Brazil such as football, volleyball and basketball.
On the 26th, the Brazilian Men’s Football Team faces Colombia, at 8pm, at the Sausalito Stadium. Tickets cost R$37 (or $6,900 Chilean pesos). The women’s category will not compete in the Pan.
On the same day, Brazil takes the court against Venezuela in the search for classification in women’s basketball. In the men’s category, the Brazilians will play against the Mexicans on 10/31. All tickets will cost R$37.
The Parque O’Higgins Arena, in the center of the capital, will be the venue for volleyball games. The Brazilians play against Cuba, on 10/21, at 10:30 am, and the Men’s Team, at the same time, but on 10/30, takes the court against Colombia. All tickets will also cost R$37.
First competitions
This Thursday (19), the first Brazilian competitors will enter the field and the ring.

Out of stock or running out
All tickets for the opening ceremony have been sold. Scheduled for October 20th, at 8:30 pm (Santiago has the same time zone as Brasília), tickets were sold for $9,200 Chilean pesos, approximately R$49.41.
Street sports or those practiced over large areas, such as marathons, triathlons and sailing, no longer have tickets for sale. Bowling and figure skating are also on the sold out list.
There are only PCD tickets for sports such as swimming, artistic gymnastics and rowing.
