The director of the People Management Division (Digep), Adailton Santos, reported that the first ordinance of 2024 gives the names of 234 employees from Amapá who will join the federal government.
In the space of Digep is carried out at “final part of the process, which is registration and inclusion of these personnel in the payroll”, informed Adailton in an interview with the program ‘LuizMeloEntrevista’ (Diário FM 90.9).
“It is a great satisfaction that we are receiving the first ordinance for the year 2024, already with 234 employees. We will work with our entire team to find a solution for most of them for the March payroll”celebrated Adailton.
“As soon as their registration with the federal government is generated, they are directed to the state government and city halls. This improves the local public service workforce, as well as boosting the state’s economy.”added the director.
Adailton informed that from this Tuesday, the 27th, Digep will receive part of the servers mentioned in the ordinance. “We divided it into three days. We will receive 80 people per day, with documentation, to carry out the registration work. The plan is that at the end of each month a reception will be sent out with a forecast of two hundred people. Thus, by the end of the year we will have more than two thousand civil servants entering the Union”.
The majority are leased to the state government and city halls. “There is the possibility that with the Transposition Law they will be assigned to other direct administration bodies. Today there are already many servers working at TRE-AP, Tjap, INSS, Dnit, Federal Revenue, Ministry of Labor and Funasa”celebrated Adailton.
“All public administration bodies have been provided with these employees. We have a demand for the Federal Attorney General’s Office. We will select employees there. The public administration has benefited from the transposition. It improves public service and has greatly boosted the state’s economy”he concluded.
