Ministry of Management makes a technical visit to Amapá with actions related to transposition – News of Brazil

The Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services carries out a technical visit to Amapá to promote actions related to the transfer of employees from former federal territories. The Special Commission for the Transposition of Former Federal Territories (CEEXT) will be on agendas across the state between the 9th and 14th of November. The Directorate of Centralization of Retirees and Pensioners and Extinct Bodies (DECIPEX) of the MGI Personnel Management Secretariat (SGP) will carry out a technical visit to Macapá on the 13th and 14th of November.

On the agendas, there will be meetings with state and municipal bodies in Amapá, in addition to federal bodies in the state, with emphasis on the participation of the Transposition Secretariat of the Government of Amapá.

The objective of CEEXT’s technical visit is to discuss the results obtained in 2023 with the Minutes of Judgment and Transposition Ordinances, as well as detail the goals set for 2024. The Commission will also participate in plenary sessions in municipalities in Amapá and disseminate information related to pacification legal issues involving transposition. It will also publish clarifications regarding the Chambers that make up CEEXT, in addition to the regulatory changes planned this year and next (2024).

The idea is to establish a direct communication channel between CEEXT and interested parties, in addition to strengthening links between federal and municipal bodies, representative entities and supporting authorities. The visits and plenary sessions include the municipalities of Macapá, Laranjal do Jari, Vitória do Jari, Oiapoque and Calçoene, in addition to the Lagos region. On the last day of the visit (14), CEEXT will join DECIPEX in the technical plenary sessions.

Interaction

DECIPEX’s technical visit aims to promote interaction between the team from the People Management Division in Amapá (DIGEP-AP) and the staff of the former territory of Amapá, including representatives of these employees. The purposes are also: the alignment of work processes, identification of demands, provision of support to the technical team and assessment of the year’s results; the provision of information and clarification of doubts to employees of the disbanded staff, as well as their representatives, regarding functional situations and services provided; and, also, institutional articulation with local representatives.

On Monday (13), meetings will be held with the boss, leaders and other members of the DIGEP-AP team. The following day (14), a technical plenary will be held with interested parties in the morning and, in the afternoon, a visit to the headquarters of the Amapá Regional Administration Management (GRA-AP) of the Shared Services Secretariat (SSC) of MGI . The institutional visit team is made up of the director of DECIPEX, Marco Aurélio Alves da Cruz, and also the advisor Leandro Esteves.
