Minister of Cities, Jader Filho was invited to join the Steering Committee of the UN Local Coalition 2030 for the period 2024-2025. The first meeting will be held on May 9, in Nairobi, Kenya, at UN-Habitat headquarters.
The 2030 Coalition focuses on adopting initiatives that promote sustainable development. The minister has defended the importance of climate funds contributing to the adaptation of cities to risks related to the effects of climate change.
