The women’s wing of the Liberal Party in Amapá held this Saturday morning, the 13th, in the afternoon, an event with the presence of the first lady of Brazil, Michelle Bolsonaro, national president of PL Mulher.
The start of the event was scheduled for 8am, and the end at 12pm. The heavy rains that fell in Macapá ended up delaying the Liberal Party women’s meeting, which began with a very small audience.
In mid-morning, when the rain stopped, and with the event already underway, many people began to arrive at the meeting location attended by Michelle Bolsonaro – Nuance Eventos, in the Beirol neighborhood.
The former first lady’s schedule took two days in Macapá, Friday and Saturday. On Friday, she met with PL pre-candidates for city council and other female leaders. This Saturday, she participated in the PL Mulher do Amapá event.
Without giving an interview to the press, the former president’s wife Jair Bolsonaro travels around the country to participate in events organized by the women’s wing of the Liberal Party, with the aim of encouraging and engaging women’s participation in politics.
